Addiction Treatment Services at 3.1 Level of Care; CARF accredited; Evidence-based Practices Long term (Up to 9 months, highly structured residential program Faith-based nurturing environment on 30 acre (nicotine free) campus Work Therapy Component; 12 step meetings; weekly/random UA testing; Clinical services include MH and Addiction counseling (individual and group) and Primary Care. Men, ages 18 and over.

The Carroll County Health Department is one of 24 local health departments under the Maryland Department of Health. We work closely with Carroll County Government, and the Carroll County Commissioners serve as the Board of Health. The Health Department is funded by federal, state and county funding, as well as grants and fees for services.
