Description:

The Carroll County Mobile Crisis Team of the affiliated Sante Group, provides on-site crisis intervention, stabilization, and linkage to community resources. We are mental health first responders for those individuals or groups who are experiencing a mental health or substance use crisis anywhere in Carroll County. We offer emergency psychological assessment, and immediate intervention for individuals, family, and community crisis events. Following our initial comprehensive crisis support, we remain involved until the crisis is resolved or until appropriate support is established. The Mobile Crisis Team includes a Licensed Therapist and Peer Recovery Specialist, and when needed, partners with local Law Enforcement Crisis Intervention Teams (CIT). Although typically we assist persons with mental health, developmental disabilities, or substance abuse issues, we also can be utilized to help individuals and families or communities overwhelmed in a situational crisis; such as victim of crime, hostage situation, and witness to violence or fatal or multiple injury scenes, post homicide or suicide. Crisis is very personal. If you feel that you are in crisis, for whatever reason, call us. All ages served, No cost service provided to residents of Carroll County. If you cannot get in touch with Mobile Crisis, you can reach out to your local law enforcement and ask for a CIT Officer
