CHANGE, Inc. is a private, non-profit organization that provides individuals with a developmental disability the opportunity to live more independently and become active members of their community. Provides services to five counties in the Greater Baltimore region (Baltimore, Carroll, Howard, Montgomery and Frederick) and serves over 200 adults and children with developmental disabilities annually. Other services include life skills, employment and support services programs.
